Hilary Maddox knows Brookline as a real estate agent, a homeowner, and a neighbor. She moved here at age six and has spent much of her life getting to know its homes, streets, and neighborhoods. That perspective, paired with a sharp eye for numbers and a genuine love of houses, shapes the way she works with clients.

Before entering real estate, Hilary spent six years in investment banking and venture capital. She brings that financial background to pricing, negotiation, and the decisions that come with buying or selling a home. She also understands what makes a house special. Raised in a family that loved renovating, Hilary developed an appreciation for design and architectural detail early on. She later undertook a gut renovation of her own 1890s Pill Hill home, where she lives with her two sons.

Hilary brings the same high standards of leadership, dedication, and teamwork to her real estate practice. She is committed to working hard while having fun in the process. When she's not working or with her kids, Hilary loves wearing through her running shoes, exploring new restaurants, and finding the next best place to travel.

Born and raised in Brookline’s Fisher Hill, Taylor is a 20+ year resident of Brookline. Before transitioning into real estate, Taylor worked at top marketing firms in Boston and New York City consulting for Fortune 100 brands.

 Growing up in a family business of high-end decorative carpets, Taylor was constantly exposed to residential architecture and interior design at an early age; this developed her passion for renovation and design, ultimately leading her into real estate.

 Through her experiences working in marketing and a family business, Taylor understands the importance of having a strong pulse on the market, its competition, and trends. She brings a well-rounded business approach and specialized market perspective to buying and selling real estate. Taylor takes pride in urgency and the quality of her work as well as building long-term, trusted partnerships with her clients. Taylor currently lives in Brookline with her husband and her two son.
